• not doing an assignment or two won’t ruin your GPA or grade
• it is okay to make mistakes
• it is okay to fail
• I know it’s hard, but try not to procrastinate
• test grades do not determine intelligence
• age does not determine intelligence
• your mental health is a priority
• be kind to others
• please eat lunch (and breakfast, and dinner)
